Anyone else trying to use the flank route impossible as sniper? I genuinely think its a cool weather effect but with the exception that I can maybe wipe my scope or something...but continuous scope blindness just seems a bit extreme? Be interesting to hear others thought's maybe even the dev's behind this...

As a sniper? As a infantry in general. I'm completely blind outside, yet people manage to shoot me. My whole screen is nearly white...

I've noticed that near metal detectors, the sight (every sight probably, tested it out with the kobra and reflex) get white and almost opaque. Anybody else getting this?

The storm blinds u randomly, and sometimes it makes u see a bit. It all depend on luck on the right time.
U seem very upset, how can I help u, Sir?

it's a terrible design idea

I can only assume it's on purpose to reduce the Sniper range of fire outside. It happens every time you look down the scope and doesn't seem to clear so, IMO, design decision/feature.

It's a snow storm, it comes and goes. Also, doritos kinda ruin it but w/e. I guess it makes more sense on hardcore. I'm puzzled as to why FLIR and IRNV gets blinded by the snow though, I imagined they would shine in that situation.

"I'm really enjoying this game, but I really wish my vision were randomly impaired, particularly while I'm aiming at an enemy who has a chance of not experiencing the same impairment."

-No one ... ever.

Basic game design logic: random environment-generated visual impairments in multiplayer should be avoided if at all possible. Enemy players should be the primary source of challenge not the game itself. It's almost ridiculous that this has to be pointed out and isn't just blatantly obvious.

Get a better monitor with better contrast. Everyone is so hell bent on 120+ fps they don't take time to think about contrast ratio. Mine is 1,000,000 to 1 and I don't seem to have any issues with "Snow Blindness". If you do have great contrast and still can't see, check your settings.

Here is how it works, when we compare our K/Ds, we assume you ALREADY try to PTFO. It's just a given that if you don't PTFO you suck...
