Fedir is a Swedish-ukrainian VDV Paratrooper in the fictional video game universe, born in Volgograd at a young age he joined the Russian Ground Forces.

Fedir's grandfather fought in Stalingrad against the Gernan Reich during the Second World War.
Fedir's father helped supply the North Vietnamese Army and the Việt cộng with intel and weaponry against the South Vietnamese Army and the U.S army until he went M.I.A and to this day still hasn't been seen.

Fedir fought in the war of 2014 and during the battle of Bandahr Desert he was promoted to Colonel for downing an AC-130 Gunship.
Fedir is currently fighting the war in 2020, he is supporting the Communist rule of Dictator Chang.
