關於資格的審核:
流程:
a.首先必須要有一個以上現任隊員推薦
b.提出推薦後,必須要經過至少三個領導者同意
(但每個領導者都雍有否決權)
c.經同意而沒有任何領導者行使否決權後,即可掛上ROC戰隊,參予隊上作戰~~
