The Prestige Suncrest pre-launch price starts at Rs 70 Lakhs. It has 400 flats that range in size from 1 to 3 BHK and cost between 70 Lakhs and 2.1 Cr. The price before the opening is set at Rs 10,500/sq. ft. When the project starts in December 2024, these prices will go up.
