We expect our members to be loyal, mature, and respectful of other teams. Members are expected to be able to adapt when needed and to be able to remain calm under pressure, all while working as a team. Defeat is never to be accepted but it is welcomed when it is deserved.

History
Damage Incorporated was founded midway of the BF3 hardcore competitive scene by members from various respective teams. By defeating teams such as MIB, SCB, and tD; DiNc very quickly had risen to the top. With a record of 29 conquest wins in a row the D became the force to reckon with. At the end of BF3 and the first loss against tB the team took a hiatus that rearranged the teams makeup.
