- Be ready to play with discipline
We are not a run and gun team , we are methodical - everything is according to plan
If this isnt your style of play, you wil not work out
Its not for everyone

- Be committed
We dont pick up players that we dont feel will mesh well with our team regardless of how good they are
We dont want ringers
Team-hoppers - dont bother
