Vestegnen (or the Københavnske vestegn) is a term for the part of the former Copenhagen County, located west of Copenhagen. Usually defined as the area bounded by the communes Hvidovre, Glostrup, Brøndby, Albertslund, Vallensbæk, Ishøj and Høj-Taastrup.
