PLATOON PROFILE
This is a platoon for the mature, seriously competitive but non-hardcore team-player.

The player who is competitive enough to play seriously for the win; intelligent enough to know that teamplay is often the way to win, even if the selfish top fraggers are with the opposite team; polite and wise enough to be okay with losing as long as he knows that he & his team did their best; and casual enough to appreciate a clan or platoon that operates an a “come and go as you please, however little or often you want, for however long or short you want, even disappear for a while then come back...just stick to the rules, be considerate, be polite (and banter is fine), be positive about losing, but be a teamplayer, and be serious about winning.”

This is a game, not a job, so we should all be able to come & go as we please, and not have to commit for the long-term if we don't want to. And because it's a game, then we should be having fun even if we lose; as long as we did our best, then we should always feel positive. But winning is certainly awesome, so let's be serious about winning.

Aside from all that flexibility, we are all expected to fulfill any one-time promises or commitments to show up for a specific event or so, that's all.
