O Grêmio Recreativo Cultural Torcida Jovem do Flamengo, ou Jovem Fla, (TJF), é uma torcida organizada do CR Flamengo. Fundada em 06 de dezembro de 1967, ela é a Torcida (Nos moldes conhecidos hoje) mais antiga em atividade no Brasil. Mas a história da Torcida Jovem do Flamengo começou muito antes de 06/12/1967.

Ela é uma dissidência da famosa Charanga Rubro-Negra (a primeira torcida organizada do Brasil). Essa dissidência ocorreu ainda no ano de 1967. A Charanga era formada basicamente por amigos. Amigos esses que costumavam levar aos jogos, seus filhos, sobrinhos, afilhados, netos e etc. Depois de anos em meio a críticas e até representações na justiça a Charanga começou a encontrar resistência para entrar nos estádios, e com isso aqueles então filhos, sobrinhos e etc... queria tomar alguma atitude perante isso. Até que 2 situações se tornaram a gota dágua, a Charanga foi barrada em 2 estádios: um em Porto Alegre e outro em São Paulo, onde os Rubro-Negros foram recebidos pela torcida adversária atirando laranjas. A partir disso, aqueles netos, sobrinhos e filhos decidiram sair da Charanga e criar sua própria torcida, nascia assim a Torcida Jovem do Flamengo que nos dois primeiros anos de existência utilizou o nome Poder Jovem, inspirado no movimento negro norte-americano Black Power. Essa nova geração de torcedores puderam então fazer o que antes lhe era negado na Charanga, como protestar por maus resultados e encarar a resistência imposta pelos torcedores adversários à entrada de Rubro-Negro em seus estádios. Os integrantes da Nova Torcida tinham como normas: Seguir o Flamengo onde ele estiver aconteça o que acontecer e nada nem ninguém iria fazer com que eles não entrassem nos estádios; Brigar só com quem quisesse brigar com eles; nunca bater nos mais fracos; e proteger os Rubro-Negros dos ataques de adversários. Foi pioneira no mundo das Torcidas Organizadas, fazendo dela um exemplo para o molde das Torcidas que existem hoje. Tendo uma sede no centro da cidade, facilitando a vida de seus associados.

Também se subdividiu por regiões, os Chamados Pelotões, espalhados por todo Brasil e pelo Mundo. A sua sede fica na Rua Álvaro Alvin, 48 salas 801/802 no Centro do Rio de Janeiro. O símbolo da torcida, um Tanque de Guerra com 3 canhões e a estrela dourada fazem alusão à conquista do Mundial de Clubes de 1981, onde os canhões do Tanque representam os 3 gols marcados contra o Liverpool e a estrela o título Mundial. Seu lema é: "Nada do Flamengo, tudo pelo Flamengo!".




Gremio Recreativo Cultural Flamengo Fans Young, or Young Fla (TJF), is an organized supporters of CR Flamengo. Founded on December 6, 1967, she is the Twist (Modeled known today) oldest operating in Brazil. But the history of the Flemish Twist Young began long before 06/12/1967.

From there, those grandchildren, nieces and children decided to leave the Charanga and create their own crowd, so was born the Flamengo Young Fans in the first two years of existence used the name Youth Power, inspired by the black American movement Black Power. This new generation of fans could then do what previously was denied in Charanga, as protest for poor results and face the resistance imposed by fans opponents to the entry of Crimson-Black in their stadiums. The members of the New Twist had as standards: Follow Flamengo where he is whatever happens and nothing or no one would make them not go into the stadium; Fighting only with those who wanted to fight with them, never hitting the weakest, and protecting the Crimson-Black attacks from opponents.
