Welcome soldiers, this platoon has been created for soldiers who enjoy all the vehicles in bf3. We will usually play on armored kill dlc maps. This is a semi- competitive platoon.Everyone in this platoon will have a voice. If you are caught being stupid: trolling, team killing, being disrespectful to other members, starting drama, you will be kicked immediately .This platoon is all about team work, ptfo, never leaving a soldier behind, and always watch each others back.

Command Description:
* Commander - Commanders will be in charge of all operations in this platoon. Commanders will be expected to help all members where ever help is needed. Commanders will have supreme authority over leaders, recruitment director, squad members and recruits. Any action taken by a commander must be discussed with the other commanders first.
* Leader - Leaders will be in charge of all squads in our platoon, placement and dismissal of members in squads and will help to train squad members and recruits. Leaders will be expected to create training courses and practice rounds for squad members and recruits. Leaders will have authority over squad members and recruits (all actions taken by a Leader must be approved by a Commander first).
*Recruitment Director - Recruitment Director will be in charge of recruiting new members, obtaining scrimms and matches with other platoons. Provide info to new members about EAD Rules, structure, and development. Recruitment Director will have authority over squad members and recruits. (all actions taken by the recruitment director must be approved by a commander first)
*Squad Members - squad members will help to train and guide recruits. Squad members will be expected to attend training, scrimmage, and matches.

EAD SQUAD ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:
EAD squads are broken down into 3 specialist squads, and 1 non-specialist squads
APPLICANTS: Before being accepted you will need to play a few rounds with one of our leaders to determine if you qualify. If you are accepted you will become a recruit and placed in our training academy and under go a 2-week probation.
RECRUITS: Recruits will be placed in our training academy for a 2 week probational period while in the academy you will attend all training sessions learn how EAD operates, and add to their friends list EAD Commanders, Leaders, and members.
After the 2-week probational period the recruit will be placed in one of our squads according to the recruits (ss)experience. If the recruit does not have enough (ss)experience to obtain a specialist badge the recruit will be placed in our non-specialist infantry squad. Once a Soldier receives a specialist badge that soldier will be known as a specialist.
