I’ve purchased Battlefield 3 PC download through Origin or other distributor and pre-loaded it. When will I be able to play?
Battlefield 3 PC digital pre-loads, as well as the actual packaged product, will become available to play at the following times, depending on your country location.

Why does Battlefield 3 still show up as "unreleased" even after I have completed my pre-load?
If you've received your order confirmation mail, simply log out of Origin and log back in. You will see BF3 as "ready to download".

Why have I not received my Battlefield 3 pre-load notification?
The Battlefield 3 pre-load E-mail are being distributed to the eleigable customers over a period of a few hours on 10/21. You should receive your pre-load E-mail notification within that calendar day.
