In order for you to apply you must be/have/portray:
-Mature
-Skilled (know what to use and when to use it)
-Respectful
-A good team player
-Have TFO Pre-entered into your clan tag.
-Mic is must have

IMPORTANT: If you spend a majority of your time playing using the recon class, however if you can prove your a good team player with then exceptions will be made.(this is only if you are good with a sniper rifle nothing else)

-setting up games
-sometimes assigned specialized tasks by founder
