Kaizen - Continuous Improvement

The 23rd has been established to bring together players who play regularly and play for the win. Skill is not a requirement, nor is there other objective requirements, the only thing we ask is that all members do their best to achieve victory for their team and work together with them but have fun doing so as well.

English speakers only any nationality welcome, Skype access ideal for communication though in-game will always be considered upon request (send a message). Will also use Battlelog as a hub for new information and I will make an effort to keep people posted on BF news as it comes as well as funny/entertaining BF related media. Check the page as regularly as you can to information on who's playing or if there's any sort of meets scheduled.

Once joined members will be expected to use the [23rd] Tag when playing with other members if not full time. This avoids admins splitting up members during team balancing. Also, any existing members feel free to point other players in our direction to get in contact and get involved. Most will be accepted immediately and removed later if they do not adhere to the qualities we're after.

Be patient, this is a new platoon and it will take time to acquire good and active members. Furthermore upon request I will create a Facebook page or at a push a Twitter account (I've never used Twitter) which might be more useful to notify other players of your own plans to play etc. Regularly checking this page (bookmark it) would be the best option for all though to avoid spamming social feeds on other sites.

Primarily Conquest Variants
Sometimes Rush
100% Tickets usually
Currently no plans to rent own server, will be considered later.
Active:
Weekdays - 20:00-01:00 BST (UTC/GMT+1) - Note not every night at these times, but usually available at these times (though not limited to)
Weekends - Usually more open to play during daylight hours, though regularly same as weekdays.

Please do not apply if you know you can't play fairly regularly (once a week average would be considered minimum), I don't wish to have alot of inactive members. I don't wish to discriminate against young players, but a degree of maturity and intelligence is essential though that's not to say myself or others don't have a silly sense of humour young kids are not welcome.
Members may be removed later for inactivity or otherwise but will be notified prior to any action.
