*No age requirement, No K/D requirement, No SPM requirement

-Tier 1 OPS(1SFT)


*Tier 1 Operators is trained, proficient, and certified in all other team
*All member that have not complete Assessment, will be Trainees


All Squads are lead by an E-5 or Higher
All Teams are lead by an O-1 or Higher with E-9 in seconded in commanded
Platoon is lead by an O-3 or O-4

Gaining rank is based on three factors;
-Willingness to Follow Orders
-Ability to Execute Orders
-Ability to Lead Other


Ranks is not given but earned, each ranks tier has its own unique privileges


Tiers
Trainee (E-1 to E-4) E-4 is granted after completing Assessment
NCO (E-5 to E-6)
Senior NCO (E-7 to E-9)
Warrant Officer (W-1) becoming Team Level Leadership Trained
Team Grade Officer (O-1 to O-3)
Platoon Grade Officer (O-4)


Privileges:
-Once you have complete the Assessment, you will be reward the rank of E-4
-Once you have reached E-4, you may request your Team (Besides Tier 1)
-Once you have reached E-4, you will be required to attend Squad Leadership Training. After completing training, you will be reward with the rank of E-5 and be a Squad Leader
-Once you have reached E-6, you will be required to attend Train the Trainer Class. After completing class, you will be reward the rank of E-7, be training certified (able to train recruits) and be an admin on the server.
-Once you have reached E-8, you may request to attend Green Team Selection.
-Once you have reached E-9, you may request to become a Team Leader. Upon approval you will be granted the rank of W-1.
-After completing Team Level Training, you will be granted the rank of O-1.
-Once you have reached O-3, you may apply for Platoon Level Board, after be accepted as a Platoon Leader, you will be granted the rank of O-4. Will be able to lead the whole platoon during gameplay.
