-Need to be atleast colonel lvl 1
-Have a kd higher than 1.00
-Have to be 13-16 years old
-Have to be a team-player
-Dont be a dick to others
-Respect the leaders
-Play often (not that much, but at least every 2nd day)
-Play the objective
-Have fun! remember its just a game, so no need to rage
