NEW RECRUITS: Welcome to The Pandora Company as you are new and haven't been designated a squad or assigned role we have a standard operating procedure to follow, some Basic training is part of the process and can be a fast or slow process depending on dedication,communication,respect and a willingness to be involved ,as well displays of teamwork and a willingness to help others will earn you rapid success in gaining a promotion. After completing Basic you will be assigned a Branch to be a part of as well as some choice in which branch you go into if you are a multi talented individual.

BASIC TRAINING SET UP
Standard Rifle: G3A3,(AUGA3), only if not avaliable(no attachments)

TRAINING:
Basic Training is to be conducted in various game modes by two officers with two recruits using the assault kit with a bare bones G3A3, this is done to test recruits on communication,teamwork,strategy and willingness to follow commands.If you fail Basic you have one other chance to join if you screw up the second time you aren't able to join.
Specialist Training: This is done by an officer who is consider top tier of the RDF in various areas such as sniping or piloting ect and will open up new positions within the RDF
Assigned Roles: You will be given a assigned role within the RDF and are expected to play within that role when playing with RDF Members, all members will have two positions your primary(ex. Scout/ Grenadier) along with your secondary role so that way it provides some flexibility when playing and offer players the chance to change things up.
UNIFORM: Our uniform is based on which branch you are involved in
CLAN TAG: Please change your clan tag to your branch tags specifications
DOG TAG(S): Left Tag is your Rank and right is whatever you wish

The Army Is For our less frequently active players(Plays less then every two weeks) who are our infantry based troops as well as using light vehicles such as jeeps,motocross bikes,atvs
Please understand that the army has a stricter guideline for weapons regulations as we wish to promote a more active role within the clan and this is a way to encourage it and by doing so you will be transferred to the RDF marine branch.

RIFLEMAN/GRENADIER: Is the baseline standard for all Infantrymen.They are equipped with a rifle or carbine.
GRENADIER/DESIGNATED MARKSMEN: Equipped with M320 grenade launcher Or M39 EMR
AUTOMATIC RIFLEMAN: provides suppressive fire; equipped with M249 Squad Automatic Weapon.

The Air/Ground Force Is For our Air Pilots and Tank and IFV & Boat crewman and is for providing transportation and pick up as well as air support and lastly Air Supremacy
As Pilots,and Crewman there are going to be times your vehicles will be destroyed and you will have to operate as and individual or possibly in a two man team you are to attempt to hold your ground and wait for Infantry reinforcements and if all possible get another vehicle and resume operation

BOATMAN/CREWMAN:Transporting troops by land or sea typically done by a standard Army/Marine Infantrymen who's been assigned to work With RAGF(All Classes)

A Brief History on the Marines, The RDF Marines were formed by Cpt. DamonBurkel under the name of Delta Company 1st platoon using USMC Tactics, DamonBurkel later turned over the platoon to then CPT.Garrett-Jewell who in turn felt it was best for DELTA Company to form into the RDF Marines.
The Marines Is For our active players(Plays at least once a week) who are our infantry based troops as well as using light vehicles such as jeeps,motocross bikes,atvs
The Marines Has a lot less restrictions when it comes to weapons as being a more active member of the R.D.F we feel you should be rewarded for your service. Some restrictions do still apply

Team 1. Sniper team pair(One With Semi-auto Or uses a long range assault rifle set up as a counter sniper,One With Long range)
Team 2. One Engineer and the other depends on the circumstance typically a rifleman

Rhodesian Defence Forces Reserve Branch

The Reserve Branch Is For unactive players who hasn't played online in Battlefield in two months time with a RDF Officer or a soldier who requests a transfer to reserve due to lack of time to play ect. This is a combined reserve of all our forces in the entire RDF, Just keep in mind that if you are inactive within the marines you will be send back to the army due to the marines requires players who are going to be active same rules pertains to the RDF Special Operations
Please understand that you will not be kicked out for inactivity merely placed in non active duty, hence the reason for your placement within reserves, Rank will not be affected by transition from active to non active duty
