As a member of The Walking Dead, you know that you're already dead. It's only a matter of time before you're killed in action. With this in mind, your only objective is taking down with you as many of the enemy as you possibly can.

The Walking Dead is ultimately a platoon for casual gamers in which the core purpose of gaming is honored: To have fun. We will not turn you away because of something as petty as your K/D ratio, but accept you as you are and give you a chance to learn, helping you hone your skills until you are as skillful as YOU want to be.

. . . I like the option of choice, don't you? . . .

Just not the kind of choice that comes in the form of different colored explosions . . . (Anyone get that reference?)



PURPOSE:


This is not just a platoon created for the sole purpose of killing in multiplayer. I intend for it to be a platoon of people who trust each other as friends. If you are interested in the co-op portion of the game, I want you to be able to let the platoon know and have someone jump on the chance to help you. If you play another game and need help, just say the word and we'll see if anyone can give you a hand.



WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN MEMBERS:


-- Teamwork (This isn't COD, people).

-- Play the objectives (just don't get carried away because, in case you haven't noticed, your home or wherever else you're playing is probably not a real war-zone. If it is, WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU DOING PLAYING A DOGGONE GAME?).

-- Respect (each other and the rules put in place by other players. Trust me: They're there for a reason.).

-- Maturity (whether it's kill or be killed, know that B3 is a game and that it's not the end of the world when you're killed. Just shrug your shoulders, learn from your mistakes, and say "That was a good game." In the situation of hackers, cheaters, and/or corrupt admins, your frustration is understandable. Just find another server.)



REQUIREMENTS:


-- Microphone is appreciated, but not necessary. Even I don't have one. I blame college. :(

-- Your ideal place of residence should be within the U.S.A. so we're not all playing at odd times of the day. HOWEVER, you will not be turned away if you do not meet this requirement.

-- "All's fair in love and war." Meaning on this occasion: Play fairly. Even if you cheat and your K/D ratio is through the roof, we still wouldn't want you. Yes, we're that petty. No, really: We don't care about your stats. We just want to have fun and do it in a mature way.

-- Adopting the TWD Tag is again, appreciated, but not necessary.



TWD MEMBERS:


Play-time is currently between 5 PM and 3 AM EST. That will probably change, however, once fall rolls around. Stay posted.

Unfortunately, TWD will probably never have a server to call their own. Again, I blame college.
