The 9th Armored Division (the "Phantom Division") was an armored division of the United States Army in World War II. In honor of their World War II service, the 9th was officially nicknamed the "Phantom Division."

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS OF 9TH DIVISION:

You must be proficient in Armored Vehicles, especially the Main Battle Tank (MBT).

You must have unlocked every single perk for the MBT.

You must be a Team Player. You must be willing to jump into dangerous situations to keep your Armored Division running and never leave a Tank behind for the enemies.

Your tank is your office and your home. Make sure it is in its best state at all times.

Help your fellow Tank drivers and/or gunners at all times and stick together. Not looking for lonewolves.

If you like tanking, join the platoon!

Objective of this Platoon is to only be in a invited Clan vs Clan match on Armored Vehicles. No infantry, no planes or helicopters. Capturing objectives in CQ matches with AV only. That's what 9AD is about.
