Remove "Premium Player" tag at kill cam
(Yes I don't want to look like a commercial pillar for Premium) Only reason they added this look for Premium Players was to make it a glance as extraordinary and have other people to buy it. But it's NOT. It's only annoying.

And the MAIN REASON...

Remove Priority Queue for Servers
(Yes I want to be able to play TODAY)
This is force to buy tactic. This is unfair for us who decide to go with the standard-maps or if we decide to buy a single expansion.
