The mission of the Canadian Forces is to:

>protect Canada,
>defend North America in co operation with the U.S., and
>contribute to international peace and security.

On any given day, about 8,000 Canadian Forces members - one third of our deployable force - are preparing for, engaged in or returning from an overseas mission. At home, Canadian Forces can bring the best available military resources from across Canada to bear on a crisis or threat, wherever it occurs, nation-wide.

The Canadian Forces now has an agile, high-readiness Special Operations Forces capable of operating across the spectrum of conflict at home and abroad; it is comprised of Joint Task Force 2 (JTF2), the Special Operations Aviation Squadron, the Joint Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defence Company, and the Canadian Special Operations Regiment

This is a platoon in dedication to The Canadian Forces and those who serve. We are a platoon focused on success through teamwork. This is a general service platoon for Canadian Battlefield players.
