Platoon Wide Requirements:
Rank Colonel++
Remain in our platoon(s) for at least thirty (30) days.
Remain an ACTIVE** player
Have a minimum K/D Ratio of 1.5 (2.0+ is encouraged)
Have a minimum SPM of 450 (500+ is encouraged)
Have a minimum W/L Ratio of 2.0 (2.5+ is encouraged)
Keep your SKILL LEVEL an average of 500

1. Ten (10) or more hours of playtime with Platoon within a month.
2. Have the ability to work as a team; Not run & gun!
3. Use strategic play-style;Flanking, Popping Smoke etc.
4. Age? Fourteen (14) and above.

We have no Interest in using the "12g Frag Rounds" on any of our shotguns. Even though other players are using it against you, you should not follow their lead. REFRAIN from using the 12g Frag Rounds to keep peace within our platoon.

Q&A:

1.How do I become an 'Elite'?

We don't necessarily "Pick" those people to become one of the "Elite's", You will have to earn that position. To earn that position, you will have to play with a few of our great RCS1 members and show them what you're capable of. Simply show them why you are Good Enough to become one of us, arm a few m-com's, capture a few flags. Do whatever it takes to make your name stand out!

2.Why become an 'Elite'?

"Elite's" show off that you are the BEST OF THE BEST. That you are the one person people should be following orders from. Making your team push harder, achieve their goals. You will make the call. You will lead them to their victories. Make yourself proud of earning the right to become an 'Elite'

3.Can anyone apply for "The Elite's"?

Yes. Follow our 'Recruitment Requirements' process. Add me (Dunbar) as an Friend on Battlelog, If chosen, you will be invited to 'The Elites'. If I think you belong in the other platoons (RCS1 or RCS1:iD) then i will put you in! After you have showed enough potential in those platoons, I shall choose to invite you.
