Still low fps
Don't worry, it's just a beta. It will be fixed by release.

great to see lots of care going into the Beta. Haven't had too many performance issues although it does drop drastically on some servers from time to time but only in 64 players matches.

i7 2600k @4.5
680s SLI
Windows 8 (I like it!)

It seems to be server specific as it only seems to occur on some servers. The behaviour is that every few minutes I seem to get a huge FPS drop from v-synched 60 FPS @ULTRA to around 30. It only lasts for a second or two and then is back. but if that second happens to be during a firefight, my arse is grarss!

Keep up the good work and roll on roll out day!

Still some stutter on my system, but ultimately its running pretty smooth.

FX 8150
GTX 660
8gb
Win8

My brothers PC is slightly improved (hanging in the low 30's high 20's rather then the low 20's and high teens) but not as much as I would have hoped.

Phenom II x4 955
HD 7870
4gb
Win7

FPS drops fixed, but still 100% CPU usage and Low FPS in fights.

N1K0 give the OP your specs, it'll help DICE squish any bugs like low performance ;)

Loading screen freeze, then when trying to close the game from Battlelog i get this message.

ERROR
Could not communicate with BF4. Please use the Task Manager to close it down.

I hope my new PC build will play this game, but i'll be waiting until after the 1st of the year until it's finished..
i knew i should have waited, i guess i f**ked myself believing they would have learned from BF3.
I could have use that money towards my new build... My Bad.

Intel 2 core 6600 @ 2.4
8 GB ram
Vista 64 all updates.
AMD HD 4850 latest driver
Samsung 26.5" 1920 x 1200
avast anti virus
no router - straight to modem.

was getting 30 - 40 FPS in BF3 on low setting at 1920 x 1200

I know the fps will suck on BF4, but i should be able to join a server. that is my main concern for now, not performance.

IMPRESSIVE! :))

No more stuttering and fps dips for me, smooth frame rates.
FPS is not ideal, dances around 40-50 on mid-high settings, no blur, SSAO on.
This beta is much more enjoyable now.
Keep it up, DICE!

Specs:
Win 7 64 bit
