What is "World Nations Tournament"?
WNT is tournament between Nations, equivalent to a World Championship. It was one of the biggest and most active events in Battlefield 3 on PS3, with over 1000 players and 40 teams participating.
The fourth instalment of WNT is being hosted on PlayStation 4 system.

Road map:
22’nd of September - final confirmation of participants as well as publication of groups, schedule, detailed rules and instructions.
29’th of September - playable “Week 1” of our tournament.
03'rd of November - beginning of single elimination bracket aka playoffs.

Seeding explained.
I ordered Teams from highest score to lowest score and matched them against each other (traditional seeding rules). In case of Teams which had the same amount points I decided to pool them together and randomized each group individually and seeded them to the brackets according to whatever results.
Tiebreaker map list:

Instructions
You have one week to schedule your match with whoever you were placed against. As a leader you must make an attempt to contact the other Team and arrange for suitable time. If agreement cannot be reached please refer to default timetable and default server location, located in section 4.0 of the rules booklet. Link to pdf can be found below.
Once you agree on specific date, time and maps you must make a post on the platoon page and the other Team must confirm it.
For example: Team Poland vs Team USA, Saturday 6 pm UTC - 4. Maps: Zavod, Paracel and Flood Zone.
Deadline for setting up your match and maps is: Friday of that week at 12 midnight UTC + 2, 8 pm UTC + 10, 6 pm UTC – 4 and 7 pm UTC - 3.
Additionally, please consider the fact that most of our Teams will be struggling with people. It is always better to play your match then score a forfeit win because the other Team was missing 1 or 2 players. If there are missing players please adjust your Team size or whatever custom settings you agree on and play your match. As organizers we are flexible with settings and urge you to stay competitive. We're here to play and have fun.
In case player of another Team breaks weapon rules or perk bans which are listed in section 1.4. Please do not claim forfeit win right away. You must first inform the other Team about the issue and report after second or third occurrence. Do not take advantage of every mistake made as it may have been a genuine human error and because we're unable to shut down these options in game, such issues may happen and will happen. Again, please play the game and enjoy competition - do not get all worked up because of 1 kill with illegal weapon.
In a situation where opposing Team is breaking the rules, please inform them about it and report the issue after the match. I want you all to do everything you can to play your game - do not claim forfeit win and leave the lobby. Only if it's impossible you may leave and report cheating Team. Otherwise, please inform the other Team about breaking the rules, ask them to comply and play your game. Even if you lose your match against cheating Team, we will investigate whatever issues you had and may update the results if found guilty. Just don't forget to provide sufficient evidence.

Live streams and spectators - live streaming or casting from spectator mode may be used only under the following conditions: steamer has an official WNT live streaming "licence" and will be listed below, streamer has at least 2 minutes delay on their stream that is set within options of the actual live stream (no artificial delay - lag etc.) or both Teams agree to allow streamer to cast their match from spectator mode (not advised as without stream delay the match may be watched by competing players).
Playing in a spectator mode without the intention of streaming is prohibited.
