INSTRUCTIONS FOR POTENTIAL RECRUITS:

Whether you have chosen to apply to "BIA" or have been endorsed by an existing "BIA" member, the procedure for recruitment is the same.

2. Keep that platoon as your active platoon and clan-tags as BIAr. This will ensure that existing "BIA" members will recognize you in-game and will offer you a place in squad/party.

3. If you have been endorsed by an existing "BIA" member, that member becomes your key contact and mentor to all things "BIA".

4. You are responsible for establishing your own rapport with the rest of the "BIA". The probation period is as much about us getting along with you as it is about you getting along with us. Both sides, You and "BIA", have to get along and have fun. Add full members and join them.

5. Participation in the "BIA" Facebook Group is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Brothersinarms360/ [facebook.com]

6. Your 4 week probation can be shortened to 2 weeks if during the probation period a "BIA" member decides to endorse you preemptively.

7. Should you be accepted into the "BIA" full-time, there is a 30 calendar day period where you can not endorse/recommend new players.

8. Your probation period begins the second you put on clan tag on Battlelog.

9. There is no mandatory amount of game hours that you have to put in during your probation. However, it is recommended that you are as active as you can in order to familiarize yourself with the "BIA" environment and our family.

Hey, I saw your team on a Xbox one list Platoon I was wandering if your team is interested in being in touch of making a Clan Match one day?. OPERATION: War Simulator

FOR PEOPLE IN A CLAN/TEAM
For people who are in a clan or leading a clan since this is a COMMUNITY your leadership role in your clan/team will not be compromised by joining this community UO STAFF WILL NOT and DO NOT have any authority over you if you join. Staff are just there to help UO run smoothly. This is a community NOT a clan or a team. So with that being said Clans will apply the same way individuals do get the leader of the clan to SIGN UP on this website. Once that is done your clan will be assigned to one of the two armies and once your clan is assigned a army your clan will be considered a platoon if you have more then 10 members in your clan if you do not have at least ten members you will be assigned a platoon until you reach ten members. Then once all your members gamertags have been added to your platoon on your Armies webpage you will be deployed into active duty which means you will be placed on a map/territory to protect and attack from.

HOW THE WARSIM ACTUALLY WORKS!
The Simulator is a big game a R.I.S.K. in short. The way it works is that UO takes all the currently available BF4 Maps on Xbox One and pretends there like territories in RISK if you have ever played RISK the main point of the game is to take over all the territories same as in this War Simulator. The CA and UF are fighting to win over all the maps thats how a war is won and it may take months for a Army to finally win all the maps but thats part of the Warsim feeling! You never know when it will end. Every Friday Night the Chain of Command for both armies will choose a map they want to attack which then Saturday Night is when the actually battle/game will take place. There will be TWO games every Saturday night Each team will get attacked and have to defend as well attack and make the other Army defend them. All the maps are linked together via transport routes(MARKED RED LINES IN IMAGE BELOW) and the only way a Army can attack a enemy territory is if they have a transport route from one of there controlled maps directly to the enemy map they want to attack. There are also Army Bonuses Abilities a army receives everytime they WIN a Saturday Night battle such as: a Ability called "Arial Insertion" to attack a enemy territory without having a controlled direct transport route to it. Further more Like I said this war might go on for months before a Army will win. Once a Army actually Wins a war the Whole community will go into a month long "Peace time phase," in preparation for the next war.

Would Brothers in Arms be interested in joining a War Simulator Community Project? What happens is your clan joins this community and then we assign your clan a team the Coalition or the Federation. Once your clan has been introduced to a team your clan have its own platoon (Name of your choice) It is optional if you want to split your platoon into squads but IT IS NOT a requirment. So now that your clan has successfully been integrated into you will be shown the "Battlemap" which is setup kind of like a RISK board but instead of countries its Battlefield 4 maps the objective for both armies is to take over the ENTIRE "Battlemap" your platoon will be moved weekly by "High Command" to different maps and possibly ordered to attack & Conquer an enemy maps and or defend your map your platoon is stationed on.
