ASOC Realism has recently cut its numbers by half, bringing its members to an elite ~25 players. Acceptance and recruit BCT expectations are now more rigorous. NOT EVERYONE will be accepted. You must have a leadership mindset with the ability to follow orders. Be able to change your role as the battle progresses.
