- Solucionar conflictos internos entre sus miembros.

- Alentar el bueno juego.
- Identificar buenos jugadores dentro del clan.
- Reprimir el mal comportamiento de los miembros.

- Crear y organizar eventos dentro del pelotón, dirigir a los soldados en combate y enseñar con el ejemplo.
- Ayudar a los miembros del clan con cualquier consulta que tengan respecto al juego o el pelotón.
