What is a "Pipe Hitter'? It's terminology often used to categorize the elite, special operations, direct action units of the United States Military. Delta Force (CAG), SEAL Team 6 (DEVGRU), the 75th Ranger Regiment, SEALS, and some elements Special Forces groups (Green Berets) are all considered "Pipe Hitters". All of these units are highly respectable, well trained, top of their branch, operators.
This is the BattleField's online version of the Pipe Hitters.
What is the Pipe Hitter's Platoon? Just a casual platoon for all those that don't belong to a platoon! There are no steps to take to be part of the "real" platoon, no scheduled team practices or training. This Platoon is for people that want to be part of a platoon but can't or don't want to dedicate their time to a regimented group whether your schedule or spouse/girlfriend won't allow it! This platoon was created for those people who want to be part of a platoon without all the "hardcore" stuff that goes along with it. If you see a fellow member playing join them & be in the squad!
To be a member of the Pipe Hitters Platoon you must alway conduct yourself with the utmost integrity. K/D ratios aren't that important as long as you play the game the way God intended it: Play with your Squad! Balance your load out with fellow squad members! Play the objectives!
Rank is NOT important! Just play the game, play it well and a higher rank and better K/D ratio will follow!
Childish BS will not be tolerated by any Pipe Hitter! If you want to maintain your membership in the platoon - conduct yourself like an "Elite Operator" and for God's sake have fun!!! It's only a game!!! Be a Pipe Hitter!
