Just a few thoughts on leadership roles and pie and team or squad activities:

First, we are all a reflection of the pie TAG we are wearing or the “Flag We Fly Under” if you will. Please be an honorable member & player reflecting a combined and unified effort to support each other in game play, and pie, no matter if we are in our own server or on some one else server.

Second, every one of us has a job to do in the team/squad – so do those jobs well. Coordinate your efforts with a Squad Leader, Clan Commander, team mate, or a friend to accomplish your goals – less chatter & more pie activity is the key. Kill, Kill, Kill!!!! Remain flexible to change your focus on the fly as the circumstances dictate. Certainly discuss pie, problems on the battlefield or point out imminent enemy targets for quick response kills by fellow teammates (COMMUNICATION). This will reduce the attrition rate of our entire team.

Chatter boxing about insignificant shit on the battle field is distracting & a useless waste of energy for every one – leave that for the log on screen or pre game discussions. And pie.

Coordinate your squad & team efforts based on the scenario or server type we are deploying into. Work smarter not harder as a team.
