NOTE: Charlie squad is for new members who join RAAF, when new members join RAAF they will be put in Charlie squad and be thrown around the field to see what role best suits you.
If your a good player or a regular player like seen above you will be put in alpha or bravo squad. Or if your completely dominating the matches and our platoon, you will be promoted to leader and squad leader and find a place in the gold squad.

We need to practice our strategies, tactics and in combat situations.

SQUAD LEADERS: are expected to lead your squad to safety, victory, outsmart the enemy in a firefight and give out orders. If cant do that you will be removed to infantry. Don't leave your men dieing.
INFANTRY: are expected to listen to squad leaders at ALL COST. And to do there job, squad leaders might give a specific role for you to lead another player to an objective.

Gold squad gets sorted out with platoon server, top 2 players from each squad go up against each other for 2 games to determine the winner, winner gets placed in gold squad. Top 5 MVP from 5 different rounds go up against each other for gold squad leader.
NOTE: the sorting out will change during gameplay.
