This update is addressing some gameplay bugs that have been reported since the latest big client+server update. Also, there are some minor improvements to the RCON interface.

The master servers will remain available; Battlelog will remain available.

Changelist
* Fixed AA missiles not doing damage to vehicles moving at very high speeds (This is the much wanted heatseaker fix)
* Fixed TV Missile doing much more damage than it should (it is no longer a 1-hit kill)
* Tweaked tank armor strength
* MAV elevatoring fix, round 2; proning on the MAV will now disable it
* RCON admin.say command can send to individual players
* A few invalid map+gamemode combinations in maplist.txt could crash the server on startup; these combinations are now rejected instead
* RCON vars.serverDescription was not returning anything in R20 if the string was not set; this has been changed to return “” instead
* RCON player.onChat now reports the target player subset

The server administrator manual can be found here: http://static.cdn.ea.com/dice/u/f/bfbc2/tmp/BF3_PC_Server_R21_933688_Docs_ServerAdministrator.zip [static.cdn.ea.com]

Nations Cup XV: Australia wins it all

Its a shame no spectator/battlerecorder exists as it was an epic battle with Team Australia going in as the powerhouse infantry side and Team Finland going in as massive favourites on the vehicle map (having the worlds best jet pilot and beating Australia previously in the group stages on Caspian Border). It was always going to be a matter of who dominated the hardest on their map.

An interesting narrative developed out of Australia having no jet pilots at a European level, developing a massive zerg strat on vehicle maps of jet rams, mass bails and various unorthodox tactics against Sweden, Poland and finally Finland in the playoffs/finals. It paid off in the end, and with the aid of RPG/SMAW shots taking down the chopper and jets a few times, Australia even won the final round on Kharg! GG Team Australia, well played Team Finland.

New on Battlelog: Live Scoreboard

The live scoreboard shows you what is happening on a PC server and is useful in many ways. When you view a server's details, it shows the progression of the current game and real-time updates on each player's performance.

If you have ever joined a server just to watch the round end in a loss for your team 5 seconds later, you'll love the live scoreboard on the updated server browser. With a quick glance, you can immediately see how many tickets or kills are left before the end of the round.

If you don't see the live scoreboard in your Battlelog yet, don't worry. We are rolling it out to more users every day to gather performance data and community feedback before releasing it for everyone.
