**If you are a member this position is not permanent and you can be kicked by myself for any reason including:
Abusive or Offensive to any others in the platoon, Not active, Not performing well over a consistent time or not bringing enough to the squad) So think of it as a trial basis. Only leaders are permanent but are still expected to set an example for others and will be kicked in extreme cases**
