From the lofty peaks of the Valhallas to the glacier fed waters of majestic Kootenay Lake, across the windswept ice fields of the Kokanee Glacier down through the fire ravaged fir forests of the Rocky Mountain Trench. The men and women of the 3rd Kootenay Rangers Platoon are a hardened bunch; forged in the fires of their environment they have learned to face adversity and to rely on one another as a cohesive team.

This platoon is designed to attract mature gamers who value tactical and strategic play with an emphasis on teamwork, not stats. We will squad up together and focus on playing the objective, or doing what we can to help our team achieve the objective. It might be an armoured attack squad one round, a dedicated anti-armor squad the next; a squad dedicated to offensively capture flags in conquest, or defend and hold certain map sectors. If not taking an objective we are providing the conditions necessary for the rest of our team to do so. No task is beneath the soldiers of the 3rd KRP

If you are interested find Hu_Flung_Puu in game and lets squad up. I generally use the voice communication method and channel of the server I’m playing in, teamspeak or ventrilo. As this group grows I will look at setting up our own teamspeak or ventrilo server.

Requirements to join the 3rd Kootenay Rangers Platoon

1. Spend time in squad and in voice communication with myself and other platoon members.

2. Demonstrate a willing commitment to our values of teamplay and respect.

3. Obey squad leader at all times
