Three simple steps to join 414 Gaming;
Step 1: Join the group on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/groups/438058649608218/?ref=notif&notif_t=group_added_to_group) if you dont have Facebook notify a Leader/Elite and you can be excused
Step 2: Apply to join 414 Gaming on Battlelog
Step 3: Add all Elites, as you will go through a trial over a period of a week.

There are 6 positions that members are promoted to upon reaching standards agreed by the Elites
(lowest to highest)
Initiate - going through their trial (tag is 414i)
Recruit - Has just joined and is fitting in with the group (tag is 414R)
Soldier - Have been accepted in 414 Gaming and is an official member (tag is 414S)
Advanced - Acknowledges and understands orders and under-goes operations that may result in more kills or more deaths (tag is 414A)
Veteran - Is up to speed with Elites and can issue orders to their squad without hassle (tag is 414V)
Elite - Has shown all of the above and has been with us for a vast period (tag is 414E)

Musts: Mic (gaming headset)
Speak fluent English
K/D ratio 1.30 - higher
Must be active on Game and Battlelog
Follows orders and does not argue with superiors
