✯ ~{Rules of Hiring the Sykotik Soldierz©}~✯

1. Respect the Sykotik Soldierz© and they're values, keep in mind some people favor one Class, Style, Game Mode etc. Do your homework before contracting. Don't be afraid to ask about certain skill sets either. These will be in the information given on the Sykotik Soldierz© Contractor.
2. Discuss Terms of Hire (ToH) of Sykotik Soldierz© Contractor with Founder, as well as the Hired Member. All Sykotik Soldierz© Contracts/Fees/ToH MUST be approved by the Founder. Syko Sniper:XBL If there is Granted Approval it will be Noted, Copied, and Held by the Founder. 4-5✯ Generals and Employers may see this info.
3. Terms of Hire, or ToH. This is the procedure in witch one clan or employer hires out Sykotik Soldierz© under pre-discussed terms. These terms can range anywhere from personal reference all the way to cash payment. This is a PRIVATE transaction the only ones to know of the ToH of the contracted Sykotik Soldierz© is the Founder, 4-5✯ Generals, Employer, and the personel getting hired.
4. Keep record of your Conracted Soldiers I.D. Number (Aka §1234), when asking the Higher Ups information on a Sykotik Soldierz© the I.D. will help speed up the Process for informational purposes.
5. All Sykotik Soldierz© Contractors have the right to TERMINATE a contract for any of the following reasons,
- Personal Life
- Disrespect or Unfair treatment of Sykotik Soldierz©.
- Any other reasons may be discussed by Founder, Contractor, and Employer of the Sykotik Soldierz©.
NOTE: Once terminated all files will be erased having to do with the specific termination.

6.If money is in agreement for Contract, 60% of Contracted payment goes to the Founder, the Contracted member (or Sykotik Soldierz©) gets 40% of the funds if $ applies with ToH. (Money is not always in the ToH with this PMCO we do not expect you to pay, though some Sykotik Soldierz© Member may ask for the payment in they're personal ToH)

7. Squads may be hired out for an addition fee of $5.00, or separate ToH. Once again, discussion must be held with FOUNDER, Pre-Hired Members, and Employers.

8.Keep track of your Conracted Sykotik Soldierz© I.D.# and XBL Gamer Tag for ToH purposes. (example: SniperBobRiflePants §1234)

9. Contract Rates for the Sykotik Soldierz© Go by time, but you save with pay increase. $5.00-1 week, $10.00-3 weeks, $15.00-1 month, $20.00-2 month. (These are not always the Terms of Hire. If you have questions confirm with Syko Sniper)

10. Have fun and respect each other. Sykotik Soldierz© ONLY Approves Honorable, and Skilled Players. We don't just want your business, we want your Trust.

✯ ~{SYKOTIK SOLDIERZ{PGOC} JOIN PROCESS, & MEMBER RULES}~✯

1. Send a message to Syko Sniper on XBL or BL for request acceptance into the Sykotik Soldierz©. You must message the Founder. -You may be referred by Post-Hired Contractor-

2. You must be a EXCEPTIONAL PLAYER as well as a Colonel 50 and up to join the Sykotik Soldierz©. We are not short sticking anyone, this is a serious Platoon for serious Players. Your K/D must be 1.2 and ABOVE. If you attempt to join and you are below these requirements you will carry the clan tag SSiT, and you will not be contracted until achieving the specified requirements. You will however still be a Platoon member and play in our matches to train.

3. After you are approved for Sykotik Soldierz© you will be assigned a SykoCon 4 digit I.D. number. (exp. §1234) This will be used to keep better track of members, skills, contracts, and ranks within the Platoon.

4. You may be TERMINATED for any reason below. (Fair discussion is given before termination with FOUNDER and two other Leading Generals.) 2/3's Vote is the judgment finalization. Termination results in PERMANENT BAN under specific circumstances.
- Fowl play, rude behavoir with TRUE meaning, not just fucking around.
- Lying or Changing your ToH without Approval first. Keep your Word Keep your Honor.
- Threats that aren't hollow are NOT allowed. We are FRIENDLY, but DEADLY.

5. If approved PLEASE Respect other Members of Sykotik Soldierz© and keep contract info PRIVATE unless openly discussed with Founder, and Generals. This is to make sure there are no arguments V.S. Platoon Rank and Payment/ToH. Every ~{SSPGOC}~ Members contracts and information will be saved by the Founder, as well as deleted if necessary. Ranking Generals and Employers may view these too.

6. If you have a issue to report V.S. another member, Message either the FOUNDER, or a 4-5 ✯ General of the Sykotik Soldierz© with the reason and player or issue you are having. The issue will be discussed at a pre-determined time.

7. As a Sykotik Soldierz© Member you may be contacted out for a "Pre-Discussed Time" and saved onto a Calender the FOUNDER will look over, as well as Generals. (I.E. 1 day, week, month, Etc.) NOTE: !!!WE WILL NEVER CONTRACT YOU OUT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!!

8. You will have a Sykotik Soldierz© Member Classification Profile, determining your skills, and rank as well as your personal ToH. Every Member is different and has different ToH. The Founder will hold this information. Employers and Generals 4-5✯ may view these as well.

9. Meetings will be announced with a mass message sent by the Founder, and/or Generals, meetings are random or pre-determined. Training, and Try Outs for the Sykotik Soldierz© will be Pre-Determined with Contractor, and Founder and/or Generals.

10. When signing on you are NOT obligated to stay with Sykotik Soldierz©. This is a Private Military Contractors Organization Free Lance Agency. We help Members with Contracts and Operations. We only ask for a reason for leaving if you do. You are not obligated to give one either. Payment is an Optional Agreement personal to ones own ToH. Just because you join does NOT mean you will be paid. If and when termination happens all files on the case are erased.

11. All Hired Sykotik Soldierz© Members are to make a -Syko Platoon Emblem-on Battlelog naming that Emblem SykoCon1234© ETC. (In other words create a fake platoon, name it "SykoCon©" and the number you have been given as your Contractor I.D. You may decorate your Emblem in your choosing. ) Then change the clan tag of the Platoon you created to 1S1K, PCOG, or your 4 digit Pin. In your description I will send you a report that I and 3 other leading generals will have given on you, telling your strengths and preset conditions. You MUST add Syko Sniper to your Platoon for connection purposes.

12. When working under an OPEN contract as a Sykotik Soldierz© Member you must wear your Clan Tag as 1S1K or The Clan Tag based on your Employer if stated in your ToH.

13.Sykotik Soldierz© IS NOT A REAL JOB. This is a Gaming clan that offers Gaming PGOC's (Private Gaming Operations Contracts) We are FREE LANCE.
