FOUNDATION:
Unlike most FPSs, Battlefield 3 is not a game in which players can expect to excel or even compete as a one-man-army, therefore a full squad/team is essential for success. Clan EVOL is an XBOX 360 platoon founded for like-minded, mature gamers dedicated to not only building friendships and evolving as BF3 players, but also kicking ass and dominating servers. Communication, teamwork and strategy are the core values of the clan and every member will be expected to uphold them to the fullest extent of his/her abilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be 18+ years old
2. Must be rank 100 (colonel service star)
3. Must have a positive Kill/Death ratio
4. Must have a SPM of 500+
5. Must be an active player (10+ hours weekly average)
5. Have a working headset
6. Be willing to learn, work with and strategize with other members
7. Respect all other EVOL members

(While it is important for all potential recruits to have reached a similar skill level, exceptions can be made to rules 1-6, depending on certain circumstances. After all, a great communicator is much more valuable to a team overall than a silent one-man army!)
