On 6 January 2012, a task force was sent to Kharg Island to relieve it of RU control. They assaulted Kharg Island, and destroyed many key enemy installations. This task force became known as Task Force Alpha, callsign
HURRICANE.

OTHER UNITS: What They Are About

Task Force Alpha is divided into three sub-units. If you wish to join just apply for any one. You can be a part of mo- re than one if you meet the requirements for both or all of the sub-units.
Also, if you wish to BECOME proficient enough to be in the...Aviation Unit, for an example, I could teach you, in a m-atch, how to become a Scout/Attack Helicopter pilot or even a jet pilot.

Aviation Unit: This Unit is home to COBRA Attack Helicopter Squadron and WOLF Fighter Squadron. It is, as it stat-es, the branch of TF Alpha which contains any and every aspect of piloting. Its official name is "Aviation Unit" when searched.

Infantry Unit: The Infantry Unit is the base of TF Alpha. It is the first part of the platoon that you will come in contact with. It is also where you can always find some sort of help with anything. Its official name is "Infantry Unit" when
searched.

Armored Unit: The Armored Unit supports the Infantry Unit by way of seaborne and land transport, as well as support via the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank and the LAV-25. The Armored Unit contains the Mobile AA, Anti-Tank Vehicles, RHIB Boats, Growler ITVs, DPVs, Buggys, and ATV's.
