You guys run a Server with a max k/d of 1.5 yet some of your members have over a 1.5 k/d
So basically means you kick out anyone better than you so you can farm players with low k/d aka noobs.

Just before you exclude a player from the game first you need to observe him and understand whether he is really a CHEAT or the player who made a claim is just wrong...
It's possible that you have got kicked because of a VIP joining the game. VIPS have a slot RESERVED to join at any time, even if the server it's full.
