Some words from the founder.
It has been more than a year since WolfPack was formed as a Battlefield 3 clan for PS3 platform. All started with the founder VampireX- and co-founder Krisdafer decided to poison some of their colleagues and friends to get a PS3 and join them for this intense fps every night. The numbers have grown from a 1 squad of 4 members to 2 squads of 8 members. It was then realised that our first level of contacts was limited to reach a full 12 members team and therefore decision was made to put pioneer jd_kill_u_82 to start some recruitment on Lowyat.net forum.
Our mission statement was clear – not to focus on winning but to build a community which new players help each other as a team to explore the possible strategies and share their tips and tricks. The response was great! The WP platoon numbers grown bigger and bigger with the presence of active and loyal WP leaders like tobeng94, andykow, nazrigamefreak, jihmie23, Enairda_, leonwoon and many more.
WP is International with members from USA, UK, Germany, Holland and Singapore. Few clan matches were arranged in 2012 with the reputable local BF3 clan such as HMR and UTK with great learning experience for us. Through times, some of the WP members decided to branch out and set up their own clans but this does not impact on us at all. However, they still see themselves as part of WP. Why? Solely because WolfPack was never a competitive community, we focus a lot on the mutual respect between members with fun, jokes and laughter during and post gameplay. This is what keeps the WP spirit alive even when BF3 has come to an end in 2013.
Now, WP has members from different platform and different games genre interest. We have PC gamers who enjoy Diablo3, Starcraft and DOTA within our community. We also have a group of serious racing simulation members who practice every night in GT5 and F1. Not to mention the brutal slashing moments in God of War Ascension and other arcade fighting games.
Wolfpack is now officially a global Gaming and Technology Community! We talk about recommended cool gadgets, which game to bulk purchase, latest movies and more. Being a community, means there would be more group activities to be arranged in coming period – paintballing, Teh Tarik session, kenduri, BBQ and more! Thank you very much to all of you for your involvement, ideas and most importantly mutual respect. Let us grow this community together further!
