We’re holding a competition for one of the final aspect of the Battlefield 4 Community Map

We’ve built the Battlefield 4 Community Map with your guidance. You’ve picked everything from the core concept of the map to the Points of Interest, and development on the map is nearing its end. But we still want your help shaping some of the last parts of the map, and we’re holding a competition for one of the final aspects: the Loading Screen.

Jump onto the Battlefield 4 Community Test Environment and take screenshots while playing on the map. Submit* your best to battlefieldsocial@ea.com by October 9th and include the words, “Battlefield 4 Community Map Loading Screen Competition” in the subject line of the email.

The top three screenshots will be included in the Loading Screen for the Battlefield 4 Community Map!

What’s your weapon of choice when it comes to disposing of pesky vehicles? Are you a “sneak up and put C4 on the tank” kind of player? More of a “fire rockets into helicopters” person? Or do you like fighting fire with fire, and jumping into armor of your own? No matter your tactic, you’re going to need to be prepared to use it for this next Community Mission, where you’ll be tasked with destroying 50 vehicles.

Jump into any Battlefield 4 multiplayer mode and map and individually destroy 50 vehicles. This mission is active between September 24, 2015 9AM PT and September 30, 2015 9AM PT.

Knock some tanks, jeeps, and choppers into pieces and you’ll nab a Gold Battlepack for your efforts (be sure to redeem your reward through Battlelog before September 30, 2015 at 9AM PT). Plus, you get to look at all those pretty explosions! What better way to celebrate Battlefest?

Don’t miss out on the final season of 2015

The kickoff of the Winter 2015 Season of ESL One Battlefield 4 is just around the corner! For the next two months, teams from all over the world will fight it out for one of eight slots at the global finals in December.

In Europe, the top priority for teams will be to beat Fnatic, reigning Champion of ESL One and five-time title holder. Epsilon eSports, Evolution GamerZ, InFamouS eSport, Team LeiSuRe, PENTA Sports and more will have the chance to qualify and try their luck at becoming the new top European team as well as claim Fnatic’s throne.

In America, the Brazilian Dexterity Gaming is still hungry for more after two 2nd places in a row at the global finals. Their goal is to once again become the American champion to qualify for the global finals and then finally take the championship this season.

In Oceania, we’ll most likely see Exile 5 and Legionnaires fight for the region’s title on the Battlefield, but we never know – maybe another team will rise to claim the title this season?

The battle for the trophy, fame, and more than €45,000 in prize money across all regions will kick off with the first European cup on September 29th, so prepare for some epic fights on the battlefield! Community Missions: Throughout the month, Battlefield 4 players will be able to jump into several Community Missions. You’ll be asked to capture flags, take out your enemy in an unorthodox way, and light up nighttime maps – all for handsome in-game rewards.

Game With Devs: Battlefield 4: Battlefest Season 4 will let you squad up with DICE devs in Battlefield 4 – or put them in your crosshairs. Take down one of the members of the development team with a knife and you’ll walk away with their dog tag, too. Talk about bragging rights.
