There is lots to get psyched about. Not only for the live commented Battlefield 4 matches and the competitiveness of the 8 teams, but also DICE LA producer David Sirland will be present to discuss topics such as Final Stand and the new Obliteration Competitive mode.

Enjoy hitting Battlefield 4 together with friends? So do we. Therefore, we’re excited to tell you that the Battlelog App now features push notifications sent when two or more of your friends are playing Battlefield 4 together!

On top of this, the Battlelog App will now also notify you about Double XP events and upcoming content releases for Battlefield 4. These reminders will all help you maximize the fun and your time in-game.

To enable push notifications from your friends, simply navigate to “Settings > Push notifications” in the Battlelog App and activate them there.

If you have previously disabled push notifications for the Battlelog App you will need to re-enable them. Here’s how it’s done:

iOS – Re-enable on “Settings > Notifications > Battlelog App” on your device.

Android – Re-enable on “Settings > Manage apps > Battlelog App >” on your device.

If you already have the Battlelog App and don’t receive the update, make sure you are running the latest version of the app. You can also try signing out from the app, rebooting and signing in again.

C4 shenanigans, vehicular mayhem, melee mistakes… The intense and funny moments of Battlefield 4 – we call them Battlefeels – happen on a daily basis. Luckily, many of these Battlefeels get caught on camera and can be shared with the world – something we now urge you to do!

As part of Battlefest Season 2, we’ve put together a competition where we want you to send us your most memorable Battlefeel video of a unique moment only possible in Battlefield 4. If you need inspiration we urge you to check out this Battlefeel compilation.

We’ll award the creators of the 10 best submissions with a copy of Battlefield 4 on the platform of their choice, together with a Battlefield 4 Premium membership for the same platform. If you already own BF4 and/or have a Premium membership, this is the perfect opportunity to gift it for the holidays.

The battle reaches its epic conclusion on 4 all-new maps set on the wintry Russian landscapes. On Giants of Karelia, Hammerhead, Hangar 21, and Operation Whiteout you’ll fight both the opposing team and the sub-zero temperatures and harsh blizzards. Taking cover inside, you’ll find secret installations with military prototypes reminiscent of those in Battlefield 2142.

Futuristic Gadgets and Vehicles

In Battlefield 4 Final Stand you’ll get your mitts on high-tech prototype weapons like the devastating railgun Rorsch MK-1 that fires a single powerful ignited by kinetic energy. Battle Pickups like the machine gun-equipped drone XD-1 Accipiter and the sneaky DS-3 Decoy Signal gadget will also give you the upper hand on the Battlefield.

The slightly thawed Giants of Karelia has rivers, rural villages, and a secret military base. Who are the giants? Go find out!

And last but not least; to traverse the icy maps, jump into the new Hovertank or Snowmobile – we bet you’ll have a ball with both of these rides.
